Drew Forsyth & Co in the UK is seeking an Apprentice CNC Operator to join our family-owned workshop and start a career in bespoke furniture manufacturing.

No prior CNC experience is required; you will train with an experienced CNC programmer, learn to load programs, set tools, check quality, and grow your responsibilities as you develop.

We offer flexible hours (4-day or 5-day weeks), fully funded training, and clear opportunities to progress within a growing British manufacturer.

Qualifications

• No prior CNC or manufacturing experience required.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
• Practical, hands-on approach to work with good attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and organized.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery safely under supervision.
• Load and run CNC programs.
• Set tools and change cutters.
• Understand CNC processes and machine operation.
• Check quality and accuracy of machined components.
• Identify and report machining or quality issues.
