Enterprise Recruitment Ltd is delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for a CNC Machine Shop Technician in Tring, Buckinghamshire. You’ll be hands-on in the machine shop, programming, setting and running CNC mills and lathes, producing prototype and low-volume parts, and contributing to process improvements.

The role requires apprentice-trained machinist or at least 5 years’ experience, experience with Mazak, Mazatrol, Hurco and Winmax, and a keen eye for detail to uphold ISO 9001

Qualifications

• Apprentice-trained machinist or minimum 5 years’ experience in a precision workshop.
• Skilled in manual machining (mills and lathes) and CNC programming
• Able to interpret engineering drawings and geometric tolerances
• Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to grow within the business

You’ll be hands‑on in the machine shop, manufacturing prototype and low‑volume production parts, using a range of materials and machines. This is a varied role where you’ll program, set and run CNC mills and lathes, contribute to problem‑solving and prototyping, and uphold the highest quality standards. Your work in the machine shop will be critical to the success of the wider production team and you’ll be joining a company with one of the most recognisable brands in the world of technology.

Working Hours: Mon‑Fri (8‑5) – half day Friday and 9/10 policy
