Job summary

The Wellington, Boscastle is offering a Chef Apprentice position as part of St Austell Brewery’s pub estate. From day one, you’ll join a busy kitchen, learn from experienced chefs, and develop skills in prep, cooking techniques, and food presentation.

You’ll complete a fully funded Level 2 apprenticeship in Professional Cookery, earning a starting wage of £9.50 per hour (under 18) or £12.71 per hour (over 18) plus benefits and career progression opportunities.

Alongside your practical experience, you’ll complete a fully funded Level 2 apprenticeship in Professional Cookery.

By the end of your apprenticeship, you’ll have the skills, confidence and experience to progress your career within St Austell Brewery or beyond.
