You will learn servicing, diagnostics and component replacement while earning a wage and progressing through Level 2 Autocare Technician and Level 3 Motor Vehicle Technician standards.

Stoneacre Motor Group are currently looking for an apprentice to join their well‑established team. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring technician to begin their career in the fastest-growing cutting‑edge electric vehicle industry. As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced technicians, gaining hands‑on experience while completing a Level 2 Autocare Technician Apprenticeship, with progression onto the level 3 motor vehicle technician standard. You will be based within the garage workshop and will be involved in learning all aspects of vehicle repair and maintenance, including vehicle servicing, MOT preparation, removal, replacement and overhaul of major components and electrical fault diagnostics.
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm 40 Hours
The Modern Apprenticeship Programmes allow apprentices to work full time and earn while they learn putting theory into practice within a training environment.
As well as attending the training venue for block week release of training, regular assessment and reviews will be undertaken within the apprentice’s own workplace which aims to ensure they have the required skills to successfully complete their apprenticeship.
You will train through GTG, by attending block release training weeks, to Level 2 Autocare Technician and Level 3 Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician.
GCSE Level 4 or above in Maths and English
