Job summary

GTG Training offers an Apprentice Auto Technician role at Halfords Autocentre Warwick. You’ll work with experienced technicians learning inspection, servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repair of a wide range of vehicles.

Training towards Level 2 Autocare, with workplace safety and electrical systems covered. Entry requires GCSE Maths & English (Grade 5+). 30 days holiday plus benefits and career opportunities with GTG and Halfords.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in building a career in the motor industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a hands-on role.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade 5+ or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Learn to inspect, service, maintain, diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles.
• Work alongside experienced technicians in Warwick Autocentre.
• Gain hands-on experience with diagnostics and electrical systems.
