Stoneacre is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Aftersales Advisor in Rochdale to begin a long-term career in our service department. You will learn to coordinate service bookings, communicate with customers and technicians, and deliver a high-quality experience as you complete the Stoneacre Academy training.

• GCSE grades 9–4 (A–C) in English and Maths or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a busy service environment.

• Teamwork and reliability are essential for success.
• Problem solving and attention to detail are valued.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle service bookings and liaise with technicians.
• Provide accurate cost/time estimates for repairs.
• Update customers on progress and completion times.
• Process invoices and payments for services rendered.
• Assist with selling service plans and other maintenance items.
• Maintain data accuracy in dealer systems and records.
