Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking an Apprentice to join the Telecoms business, focusing on access and outage support across client sites. The role includes handling client enquiries, documentation, and collaboration with internal teams.

You will undertake the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship, conducted remotely with tutor support, starting ahead of October 2026 to complete the programme.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs at Grade 9-4/A*-C including English and Mathematics
• Good IT skills and able to use Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
• Good organisation, time management, attention to detail and communication skills
• Enrolment onto Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship; remote learning pathway

• dealing with enquiries from clients and customers via email, telephone, and systems
• creating, maintaining and ensuring efficient handling of documentation
• working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly
