Job summary

United Infrastructure invites applications for an Apprentice in our Telecoms business. You will join the Access and Outage team and work on enquiries, documentation, and project coordination from day one, gaining hands-on industry experience toward a nationally recognised qualification.

You will study the L3 Business Administrator apprenticeship remotely with training partners, starting full-time by October 2026.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs at Grade 9-4/A*-C including English and Mathematics.
• Good IT skills and able to use Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
• Be available to start full-time work by October 2026.
• Commitment to live and breathe company values during work and studies.

Responsibilities

• Handling client and customer enquiries via email, phone, and systems.
• Creating and maintaining documentation to ensure efficient processing.
• Collaborating with colleagues, field engineers, and client representatives to keep projects on track.
