Job summary

United Infrastructure is offering an apprenticeship to join the Telecoms business and support the Access and Outage team. You will start hands-on from day one, gaining industry experience while pursuing a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship delivered remotely.

The programme runs with online self-paced or virtual classroom sessions, and regular support from tutors. You will enroll onto the L3 Business Administrator apprenticeship with a training partner.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at 9-4/A*-C including English and Mathematics.
• Good IT skills and able to use Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
• Good organisation, time management, attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with enquiries from clients and customers via email, telephone and systems.
• Creating, maintaining and ensuring efficient handling of documentation.
• Collaborating with internal teams, field engineers, and client representatives to ensure projects run smoothly.
