We are looking for an Apprentice Rigger to join our Telecoms business who connects people through fixed-line and wireless telecom infrastructure, ensuring seamless communication and access to information for all. We have one of the largest specialist in-house teams for project management, acquisition, design, construction, and maintenance in the UK. You’ll work alongside experienced riggers, gaining hands‑on experience installing and maintaining telecoms equipment on towers and masts, while developing valuable technical and safety skills through ongoing training and development.

In order to fully develop in your role, you will be enrolled onto the L4 Cellular Network Field Engineer apprenticeship qualification with our training partner the Institute of Telecommunications Professionals (ITP). You will be fully supported through a variety of methods such as classroom or remotely taught sessions, learning materials, and one-to-one support from your tutor or coach. They will also meet regularly with you and your line manager to ensure you are progressing through your programme.
Upon successful completion of your programme, you will achieve: Level 4 Cellular Network Field Engineer Apprenticeship.
