Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and translating analytics into business actions.
• Fluency in SQL and Python with strong data intuition.
• Experience designing experiments and interpreting statistical findings.
• Ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in marketplace, subscription or lead-generation businesses is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own metric integrity and define what our numbers mean, avoiding flawed definitions.
• Act as the gate on AI-generated analysis and validate outputs before stakeholders hear them.
• Design and interpret A/B tests with proper sample sizing.
• Diagnose drivers of commercial performance and turn findings into hypotheses.
• Turn analysis into actionable business decisions and track impact.
• Build dashboards and self-serve tools for day-to-day stakeholder alignment.
