Job summary

Corndel is seeking an Applications Manager to own and optimize our core business applications, ensuring reliable configurations across Aptem, Monday.com, HubSpot and Microsoft 365. You will align tech with business processes, drive adoption, and lead improvements to reduce manual work.

You will collaborate with IT, Data and business teams to deliver integrations, maintain licenses and provide effective user support. Hybrid London-based role with 2 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience managing business applications in a medium or large organisation.
• Experience configuring SaaS platforms and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of application administration and support.
• Experience gathering business requirements and delivering system improvements.
• Experience managing software vendors and service providers.
• Understanding of integrations, APIs and workflow automation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to balance operational support with continuous improvement activity.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer assigned business applications; manage settings, permissions and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into system changes and automate processes.
• Manage software licensing, vendor relationships and renewals.
• Provide user support, training, guidance and adoption initiatives.
• Coordinate integrations and work with IT, Data and partners to resolve issues.
• Maintain inventory, report on application health, usage and risks; drive continuous improvement.
