Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in electrical/technical sales or applications engineering.
• Experience dealing with large OEMs or international customers is preferred.
• HNC level or above (Electrical/Controls) or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Process customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face.
• Understand requirements and develop costed designs and solutions.
• Produce timely quotations and tenders with clear detail.
• Follow up quotations to secure profitable orders.
• Maintain product knowledge and provide pre-sales technical support.
• Ensure smooth order processing and transfer of design data to relevant teams.
• Keep customers informed on order status and issues, and maintain records.
• Pursue new business opportunities and build relationships with customers.
