Job summary

Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Application Support Officer to help operate NEP Cloud, our shared finance and procurement solution. This Band 5 role blends finance, procurement or customer service experience with an interest in systems and service improvement.

You will investigate and resolve support requests, advise on functionality, contribute to system upgrades, and mentor colleagues while maintaining strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in finance or procurement or equivalent.
• Experience in a supervisory role within finance or purchasing.
• Strong Microsoft Office and data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve NEP Cloud application issues.
• Provide advice on functionality and best practices.
• Maintain user communication and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with system enhancements and quarterly upgrades.
• Deliver training and create user guidance and documentation.
• Mentor colleagues in systems support and customer service.
• Deliver allocated project tasks within timescales and quality standards.
• Support security, confidentiality and accurate records.
