Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Applications Support role within the NEP consortium's Applications Support Team. You will investigate and resolve service desk requests, advise on processes, and contribute to quarterly upgrades.

The role involves mentoring colleagues, supporting system enhancements, and maintaining strong financial reporting knowledge. Hybrid working and on-site support are included.

Formación

• Professional degree-level qualification in a financial or procurement-related subject, or equivalent qualification and/or demonstrable relevant experience
• Experience in a finance, purchasing or customer service support environment is desirable
• Able to interpret financial data and business processes

Responsabilidades

• Investigate, analyse and resolve application support requests through the NEP Service Desk within agreed service levels
• Provide clear, practical advice on system functionality and best practice
• Maintain regular communication with users, informing them and escalating issues as needed
• Support design, configuration, testing and implementation of system enhancements and quarterly upgrades
• Analyse data, investigate discrepancies and produce reports for consortium organisations
• Prepare and deliver training, user guidance and supporting documentation
• Mentor and support colleagues, sharing knowledge and coordinating activities
• Deliver allocated project tasks within timescales and quality standards
• Contribute to service reviews, audits and improvements while maintaining security and records
• Develop specialist knowledge across Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash and Accounting to Reporting
