Job summary

Investigo is seeking an Applications Support Engineer to own a NetSuite platform within a technology-driven organisation. The role focuses on supporting users, driving improvements, and shaping the NetSuite roadmap.

You'll be the go-to NetSuite expert, handling configurations, integrations, and governance while collaborating with Finance, HR, and business stakeholders. Predominantly remote with occasional on-site presence in Milton Keynes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or administering Oracle NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, workflows and integrations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
• Enjoy solving problems, taking ownership and driving continuous improvement.
• Willingness to learn new business applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage upgrades, releases and system improvements.

We're looking for an Applications Support Engineer to take ownership of a business-critical NetSuite platform within a growing organisation investing heavily in its technology.

This is more than a support role - you'll become the go-to expert for NetSuite, driving improvements, supporting users, enhancing integrations and helping shape the future applications roadmap.
