Job summary

Vanquis is seeking an Application Support Analyst to maintain the stability and performance of critical platforms such as Salesforce, Genesys, MuleSoft, GoAnywhere and Sumo Logic. You will investigate complex issues, perform root cause analysis and collaborate with engineering to deliver lasting improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience in Application Support, Integration Support or a similar technical role.
• Experience supporting business-critical production systems with multiple integrations.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Salesforce, APIs, MFT platforms or SaaS applications.
• Strong incident, problem management and root cause analysis capability.
• Experience using monitoring, logging and defect management tools.

Responsibilities

• Keep critical customer and business platforms running smoothly through proactive monitoring and technical support.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across applications, APIs, integrations and contact centre technologies.
• Drive root cause analysis and problem management to reduce repeat incidents and improve resilience.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to manage defects and deliver lasting solutions.
• Share knowledge, coach colleagues and build technical capability across the support team.
• Support automation and continuous improvement to reduce manual intervention.
