Job summary

Arc IT Recruitment Limited and a leading private equity business in London are seeking an Application Support Analyst Banking. You will own the running of key vendor platforms, fix issues quickly, and act as the go-to for business questions. The role blends hands-on support with ITIL processes and close business collaboration, with a roadmap including AI tooling and a new data platform.

Hybrid working; London location; salary £40-48k. Location: London.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in IT application support or 2nd line support
• Experience in financial services
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent knowledge
• Familiar with ITSM tools and change management

Responsibilities

• Handle 1st and 2nd line support and resolve incidents quickly
• Coordinate with vendors, development team and outsourced provider
• Run incident, problem, change and release management in line with ITIL
• Manage tickets in ServiceNow
• Be the go-to person for application questions and escalations
• Track SLAs and root cause fixes
• Report on performance, incident trends and release schedules
• Keep documentation up to date
