Application Support Analyst – Chorley – Hybrid Working

This advanced solutions provider, based in Chorley, is seeking a motivated individual to support critical business systems for their clients. With a hybrid working model, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working remotely several days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support for critical business systems to business customers.
• Deploy and configure software applications to meet customer needs, ensuring error-free delivery.
• Manage customer incidents, problems, and requests within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding the features and capabilities of supported applications.
• Create both customer-facing and internal documentation, adhering to company standards.
• Engage in Continual Service Improvement (CSI) activities to enhance service value.

Required Skills and Experience
