They are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate commercial experience in optimizing and managing application portfolios, ideally within the legal sector.

In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of application engineers, provide second-level support to end users and the Service Desk, and implement best practices while delivering continuous improvements to enhance the application management process.

Skills and experience

1. First-class leadership and stakeholder management skills.
2. Strong commercial experience in application management and optimization within the legal or professional services sectors.
3. Experience in scaling DevOps functions, implementing automation solutions, and robotics such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
4. Experience in leading and managing complex projects.
