HBK (Hottinger Brüel & Kjær) seeks a technically skilled pre-sales and post-sales support specialist to assist customers across the UK and Nordics from Royston or Virum. Initially remote with travel after ramp-up, you will work closely with Sales, R&D, and Product Management to deliver timely responses and reliable support.

Required are a university degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for customer-facing support.
• Technical foundation in electrical and mechanical measurements is preferred.
• Ability to work with Sales, R&D, and Product Management to resolve requests.

Responsabilités

• Provide active pre-sales and post-sales technical support remotely and on-site.
• Assist with quotations and tender preparation as part of the Sales Support team.
• Collaborate with colleagues across EMEA, including R&D, Sales and Product Management.
• Qualify technical customer requests and track them in the CRM system.
• Support exhibitions and customer events as required.
• Travel after training and ramp-up as needed.
