Job summary

Apollo is seeking an Application Engineer to join our International Sales team in Havant, UK. You will act as a key technical contact for OEM and panel partners, championing the customer voice and coordinating responses to technical queries, roadmaps and certification requirements.

Working with Account Managers and internal teams, you will help improve product readiness, strengthen partner confidence and ensure clear, timely communication from initial enquiry through to resolution.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with priority OEM and panel partners alongside Account Managers.
Coordinate partner enquiries and ensure responses reach the right internal teams.
Provide clear updates on product roadmaps, releases, changes, availability and certifications.
Coordinate weekly System Product Review and track actions and progress.
Assess technical requirements, compatibility, feasibility and launch readiness.
Maintain CRM records of partner enquiries, actions and outcomes.
