Job summary

Apollo Fire Detectors Ltd. is seeking an Application Engineer to support OEM and panel partners. You will act as a technical contact, coordinate queries, and ensure product readiness while collaborating with Product Management, Systems, Engineering and Compliance.

You will build strong partner relationships, translate customer needs into technical actions, provide updates on roadmaps and certifications, and maintain CRM records to track progress and risks. Hybrid working in Havant available.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate clearly to varied audiences.
• Proactive about continuous improvement and process alignment.

Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with priority OEM and panel partners and coordinate with Account Managers.
• Coordinate partner enquiries and feedback to ensure timely resolution by internal teams.
• Provide clear updates on roadmaps, product releases, changes, approvals and certifications.
• Coordinate the weekly System Product Review and track actions and progress.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Systems, Engineering and Compliance on technical feasibility and launch readiness.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of partner enquiries, actions and outcomes.
• Identify risks to customer launch plans and communicate with partners proactively.
