Job summary

Hamilton Rentals Ltd is searching for a PC/Tablet Technician based in Wokingham to support the PC department. Your role will involve building, OS installation, testing, and configuring Apple products as well as other brands, with potential off-site installations.

Candidates should have experience with Intel/Apple products and good knowledge of Microsoft systems. Skills in customer support and time management, as well as a proactive approach, will be essential in ensuring workload efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting Intel/Apple-based products.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
• Knowledge of Apple devices and cloud environment is advantageous.
• Results-oriented and customer-focused.
• Proactive and self-motivated with flexible working approach.
• Clean, valid UK driver's license is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle laptop, desktop, and workstation hardware.
• Work to a day-to-day delivery schedule.
• Prioritise workload and manage order progression.
• Assist sales staff and customers with queries.
• Provide first line support for customer issues.
• Assist with offsite delivery and installation work.
