Job summary
Oliver Bernard is seeking an App Support Engineer for SaaS applications. The role involves customer-facing support across the business, monitoring automation, and SQL scripting, with exposure to application and code support (Java, Python) and DevOps tooling.

Our client is a growing Software as a Sevice company - They build innovative software for Cloud data management and cloud pipelines
They’re growing their Ops and Application Support team and are looking for an Application / Support Engineer to join them.
In a varied role you’ll be involved in customer-facing support across the business, monitoring automation, SQL scripting and database development, application and code (Java, Python etc) support and fixes and even the building out of DevOps methods and tooling.
- Experience in a similar App Support / Support Engineering position
- Experience working in a B2B software environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good SQL
- Educated to at least a BSc level
- Experience of Cloud (AWS) monitoring and automation is ideal (Datadog, Grafana, Sumologic etc)
