App Acquisition Manager – Own the Growth. Drive the Impact.

This is your chance to take Screwfix’s App to the next level, owning the strategy that drives new customers to download, engage, and buy. Reporting to the Senior Digital Channel Manager, you’ll lead efforts in expanding our App customer base, delivering acquisition strategies, and optimizing digital journeys to maximize installs and engagement.

Your responsibilities include crafting a 12-month acquisition plan, creating high-impact promotions, partnering with industry giants like Google, Meta, and Apple, managing Appsflyer integration, and ensuring marketing spend optimization for maximum ROI. You will work closely with commercial teams, stores, and CRM stakeholders to align efforts and will be responsible for App Store Optimization (ASO) to boost visibility and downloads.

Data and insights will fuel your strategy. You’ll analyze performance, optimize budgets, and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our App growth and make a significant impact on one of the UK’s most trusted brands.
