Job summary

BrightLocal Ltd. is a local SEO platform trusted by agencies and multi-location brands to track, manage and grow visibility. You will own a defined product area end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration, working with Engineering, Design and Customer Success.

The API-centric service requires pragmatic decisions balancing customer needs with technical constraints. AI tools will be part of daily workflows.

Qualifications

• Solid background in product management, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with technically complex products, especially APIs, integrations or data-heavy features.
• Experience working in an agile delivery environment, with Jira or similar tooling.
• Track record of running structured discovery – customer interviews, data analysis, translating insight into decisions.
• Experience shipping features end-to-end and measuring their impact.
• Familiarity with AI tools as part of working practice.

Responsibilities

• Own your product area end-to-end, from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Run continuous discovery: talk to users, analyze data, surface problems with Customer Success.
• Write clear specs and user stories in Jira for Engineering and Design.
• Collaborate with PM peers to align on priorities and maintain a coherent product experience.
• Track impact of shipped features using data to guide next steps.
• Use AI tools to aid research, synthesis, writing, and efficiency.
