Job summary

MAP | WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to own the direction and execution of a portfolio of AI Accelerators. You’ll work with AI Solution Consultants, Engineers, and Architects to translate client needs into repeatable, high-value product assets.

You’ll lead a team of AI Product Managers, set strategic vision, manage investment decisions, and maintain strong commercial results while balancing client delivery and engineering capacity in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

Experience owning AI-enabled product strategy, roadmaps and delivery.
Proven ability to drive AI Accelerators within client delivery.
Experience line-managing product managers in delivery discipline.
Strong commercial judgment with investment cases and unit economics.
Ability to discuss system architecture and technical trade-offs.

Responsibilities

Deliver AI Solutions to Clients: lead PM team to deliver agentic solutions with AI Solution Consultants, AI Engineers, and AI Architects.
Set Strategic Vision & Portfolio Strategy: define the AI product vision across domains and justify funding based on effort/value and margins.
Drive Commercial Performance: maintain revenue, cost, margin, prioritization, and investment decisions across the AI Accelerator portfolio.
Build Reusable Scalable Assets: create reusable AI product assets to scale across clients.
Establish Product Excellence: set standards for discovery, scoping, and success metrics across the PM team.
Act as an Executive Advisor: advise senior client stakeholders and internal leadership on investment decisions.
Lead & Mentor: line manage, mentor, and coach AI Product Managers.
