We’re seeking an outgoing Apartment Host to join our team. If creating unforgettable guest experiences excites you, this role is for you. The Apartment is part of our Group, Meetings, and Events spaces, managed by our Sales and F&B departments.
Job Description
What you’ll do…
- Provide a welcoming and memorable experience for guests, from a warm Hoxton welcome to assisting with questions and requests.
- Manage meeting room logistics, knowing who’s who and what’s what.
- Maintain the meeting room area, ensuring proper setup and tidiness at all times.
- Oversee meeting room maintenance, billing, and smooth check-in/check-out for events.
- Ensure food and beverage service in the space is top quality and guests’ needs are met.
- Collaborate with the hotel team to deliver excellent guest experiences from arrival to departure.
- Handle administrative tasks such as expenses, lists, and stationary orders.
- Utilize tech equipment confidently, and be willing to learn new systems.
