The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is our fourth London location, situated in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush, an eclectic and diverse neighborhood. It features 237 creatively designed bedrooms and an all-day restaurant, Chet’s, serving Thai-American comfort food. The hotel boasts a large lobby with vintage seating, cozy corners, a central wraparound bar, and a terrace, making it ideal for exploring West London.

Job Description
What you’ll do…
  • Provide a welcoming and memorable experience for guests, from a Hox welcome to handling questions and requests.
  • Manage meeting room logistics, knowing who’s who and what’s what.
  • Maintain the meeting room area, ensuring all rooms are set up correctly and kept tidy.
  • Oversee meeting room maintenance, billing, and smooth check-in/out for events.
  • Ensure food and beverage service in the meeting spaces is top quality and guests have everything they need.
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to deliver excellent guest experiences from arrival to departure.
  • Handle some administrative tasks, such as expenses, lists, and stationary orders.
  • Be comfortable with technology, understanding HDMI, USB, Mac, and PC, and willing to learn new systems.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a busy Front of House role with a passion for making guests feel cared for.
