Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable and general accounting in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Oracle is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills for vendor, management, and auditor interactions.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices and record them per policy; resolve non-compliant invoices.
• Maintain accuracy in AP transactions, coding, payments, and reconciliations.
• Prepare weekly payments to vendors and employees (checks, wire, ACH).
• Process employee expense reports for policy compliance.
• Maintain vendor records including W-9 and banking information.
• Process credit card statements.
• Track and pay state and local taxes.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close of AP and accruals.
• Coordinate documents for auditors' requests.
• Handle other accounting duties as requested.
