A leading company in the biotechnology sector is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to support key AP activities and work alongside the AP Supervisor. Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist interested in joining our biotech client that is leading the way in developing innovative CAR-T cell therapies for cancer treatment?

We're hiring for a fast growing clinical-stage bio-pharmaceutical company at an exciting stage of development and would like to appoint an Accounts Payable specialist responsible for key AP activities together with supporting the Accounts Payable Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Support the AP Supervisor in all supplier payment activities
  • Responsible for processing and approving T&E expense claims
  • Respond to Account Payable enquiries and process regular payments as required
  • Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies

Qualifications

  • Experience working in the AP function (1+years)
  • Be a collaborative team-player with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs and intermediate Excel skills
