JOB ROLE: Administration Co-ordinator

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, 37.5 hours per week

SALARY: £14 - £15 per hour

DURATION: Ongoing

LOCATION: Burgess Hill - Car Driver Required

About the Role:

As a key member of the Facilities Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our clients' facilities. From managing maintenance schedules to liaising with external contractors, your work will help create a safe and efficient environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and respond to requests via the Premises Helpdesk.
  2. Schedule and coordinate maintenance and service visits.
  3. Provide high-quality administrative support to the Premises Department.
  4. Maintain effective communication across the college and with external stakeholders.
  5. Build strong working relationships with internal teams and service providers.
  6. Manage your workload efficiently, meeting deadlines and prioritising tasks.
  7. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  3. A calm, solution-focused approach to emergencies and challenges.

  7. Understand handling confidential information.
  8. Able to work as part of a team but also independently.
