Job summary

Morson Group in Cambridge is seeking an Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Assistant for a 6-month assignment. The role pays £17.46 per hour (PAYE) inside IR35 and will support day-to-day AP/AR tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing/aerospace environment, reporting to the AP/AR Supervisor, on site with potential hybrid possibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in AP/AR or finance assistant role.
• Experience with multi-currency transactions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and customer invoices.
• Assist with processing purchase orders and high-value transactions.
• Support multi-currency transactions with correct exchange rates.
• Allocate payments and reconcile customer accounts.
• Prepare supplier payment runs.
• Monitor aged receivables and assist with credit control.
