Job summary

Morson is recruiting on behalf of an Aerospace company based in Reading for an Italian-speaking Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialist. You will manage daily AP/AR activities, perform 3-way matching, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial records.

You will contribute to month-end processes, drive improvements through automation, and support cashflow forecasting in a fast-growing JV environment, reporting to the AP/AR Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in AP, AR, or both.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Post payable invoices accurately and timely (AP).
• Reconcile AP sub-ledger with supplier invoices.
• Confirm cash allocations and prepare payments with the treasury team.
