Freightserve recruitment in the Feltham area is seeking an AOG Operator to manage time-critical shipments within a well-established Freight Forwarder. You will work a 4 days on, 4 days off pattern, 7am–7pm, coordinating air and road freight, handling exports and imports, and ensuring smooth customs processing while engaging with airlines, handling agents and key accounts.

• Experience in air export and/or import operations.
• Knowledge of customs entries and MAWB/HAWB processing.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate time-critical shipments (airfreight and roadfreight).
• Process exports and imports, including customs entries.
• Prepare MAWB and HAWB documents and monitor shipments.
• Respond to emails and manage collections and deliveries.
• Liaise with airlines, handling agents and transporters to ensure on-time delivery.

Daily Duties

• Coordinate Time Critical shipments (Airfreight and Roadfreight).
• Dealing with both Export and Import
• Customs entries
• Respond to emails and manage collections and deliveries efficiently.
• Complete MAWB and HAWB's.
• Monitor shipments.
• Processing customs entries.
• Dealing with large Key Accounts.
• Liaise with Airlines, Handling Agents and Transporters.

Skills Required

• Air Export or Import (or both) experience
• Air or Road (or both) exprience
• Customer Service (highest level)

Working hours are 4 days on 4 days off 7am - 7pm
