Job summary

Avtrade, a leading aviation industry service provider, seeks a Logistics Export Executive (Full-Time, Mon–Fri) to manage international and domestic shipments, ensuring compliance and KPI targets. The role covers AOG/IOR shipments and a range of freight modes from express parcels to ocean freight.

The candidate will coordinate hazardous, heavyweight and oversized freight while upholding high operational standards and customer service. UK-based with global reach.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, import/export, customs or shipping roles.
• Knowledge of parcel courier shipping is advantageous.
• Experience with international shipments and KPIs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Recognise and react to the urgency of customer orders including AOG/IOR and routine shipments, adhering to targets and KPIs.
• Process Domestic & International Express Parcel Courier shipments.
• Process Domestic & International Road Freight shipments using dedicated, groupage & co-load methods.
• Process International Air & Ocean Freight shipments.
• Organise the shipment of hazardous, heavyweight, and oversized Freight in accordance with shipping constraints.
