Job summary

Green & Wolvin Recruitment is assisting a market-leading logistics client in Leicestershire to recruit a Freight Forwarder (Aerospace / AOG) on a hybrid basis. You will operate within a fast-paced team handling air freight across import/export logistics.

The role focuses on air freight bookings, pricing, and documentation, with emphasis on AOG and aerospace shipments, carrier coordination and customs processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in air freight forwarding.
• Experience in pricing, quotations and planning deliveries.
• Experience of AOG or aerospace sector preferred.
• Knowledge of INCOTerms advantageous.
• Commute to Leicestershire on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage air freight import and export bookings, including pricing, quotations, end-to-end shipping and customs documentation.
• Specialise in AOG aerospace shipments from pricing to final mile facilitation.
• Handle import and export air freight shipments.
• Prepare and submit customs documentation (ISF, COO, clearance docs, dual-use export licensing, etc.).
• Nominate carriers, airlines and GSA per rates, OTIF, and INCOTerms.
• Provide export and import customs clearance services to clients.
