Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is inviting applications for a Band 4 Pathway Co-ordinator in Anticoagulation based at Basildon Hospital. The role supports the Anticoagulation (Hematology) team with patient journey coordination and administrative duties.

The post is full time (37.5 hours per week) with a salary of 28,392 GBP per annum, pro rata for part time, and a closing date of 5 November 2026. Experience in medical secretarial duties is preferred and there is no visa sponsorship for

Formación

• Good standard of education.
• NVQ 4 or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Work within a specific clinical area to coordinate the patient journey with streamlined administrative processes.
• Provide administrative support to clinical staff including diary management and clinic scheduling.
• Provide cross cover for reception for Anticoagulation at Orsett hospital.
• Support the clinical team and managers to ensure safe, effective services and meet targets (e.g., RTT 18 weeks).
• Cross-cover for other Patient Pathway Coordinators to maintain a consistent admin service.
