Job summary

West Lancashire Borough Council invites applications for a 24-month Level 4 Anti-Social Behaviour and Community Safety Officer Apprenticeship. You will support our Anti-Social Behaviour Team with triaging complaints, visiting reporters and subjects, and gathering evidence for enforcement action.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic with GCSEs in Maths and English or willing to complete Level 2 Functional Skills, basic MS Office skills, and have lived in the UK for the past 3 years.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade 4–9 / A–C) or willingness to complete Level 2 Functional Skills.
• Basic MS Office skills.
• Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years and not be enrolled in other public-funded training.
