Job summary

West Lancashire Borough Council is offering a 24-month Level 4 Anti-Social Behaviour and Community Safety Officer Apprenticeship in Lancashire. You will support the ASB Team by triaging complaints, visiting reporters and subjects, and gathering evidence for enforcement actions.

The role combines hands-on apprenticeship experience with flexible remote study time, a friendly working environment, and strong support for your development. Applicants must meet UK residency requirements.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade 4-9 / A–C) or willingness to complete Level 2 Functional Skills.
• Basic MS Office skills.
• Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years and not be enrolled in other public-funded training.
