Job summary

Brasenose College in Oxford is seeking a Regular Giving Campaigns Manager (Maternity cover) to lead Annual Fund campaigns, including telethon and Giving Day, and to drive donor engagement for student support. You will coordinate external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality campaigns.

You will also oversee CRM data management, donor segmentation and reporting, while stewarding the 1509 Society and supporting major donor growth in a fast-paced higher education

Qualifications

• Experience in regular giving, fundraising or marketing within a nonprofit, higher education, or similar environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication for donor appeals and stewardship.
• Ability to plan multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Annual Fund campaigns (telethon, Giving Day, digital and print appeals) to fund student support.
• Plan, recruit, train and supervise callers; segment data for campaigns.
• Develop and produce campaign materials from concept to delivery.
• Analyse past appeals to identify donor interests and improve targeting.
• Produce progress reports with metrics and actionable insights.
• Manage the regular giving budget and coordinate with internal partners.
