Job summary

University of Oxford in Oxford is seeking a highly organised relationship-builder to coordinate projects, craft communications, and advance fundraising and donor stewardship within the Development and Alumni Engagement (DAE) team.

You will work across campaigns to connect philanthropists with world-changing research and student opportunities, while handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting projects, fundraising, communications, stakeholder engagement or similar activity within a complex organisation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work accurately and consistently meet deadlines.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience producing clear, engaging and accurate reports, briefings or other professional communications.
• Experience using data, databases or CRM systems to maintain accurate records and produce meaningful information.
• The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.
