Castle Lane Federation in Walsall is seeking an ancillary cleaner for the Jane Lane site. This permanent post is 39 weeks, 10 hours per week, paying on the G2 Scale 4-6, to help maintain a clean, hygienic learning environment. The successful candidate will be physically able to handle cleaning tasks, work well in a team and be flexible with hours.

Training will be provided, and applicants should contact Sasha Bryan for an application. Closing date: 3 November at 12pm; Interview date: TBC.

Castle Lane Federation is a MLD, age range 5-18, Special School in Walsall and are looking to appoint a reliable, flexible and practical individual at our Jane Lane site.

The successful candidate will support our school in providing a clean, tidy, hygienic, safe and well maintained, learning environment.

The successful candidate will need to be:

• fit and able to cope with the physical demands of the job;
• possess good individual and team skills;
• be flexible with hours;
• be ready to deal with a variety of situations and challenges.

Appropriate training will be provided where required.

The successful candidate will be required to work as and when the school requires a deeper clean during school shutdown periods.
