Job summary

Walsall Council is seeking reliable cleaners to join our team at various locations within the borough. Roles are based in Salisbury primary School, Mary Elliot Academy, Abbey Primary School and Butts Primary School with part-time hours and 39 or 38 weeks per year.

You will be responsible for standard cleaning duties and must understand safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. We offer competitive pay of £13.48 per hour and a supportive working environment.

• Availability to work in multiple school locations.

About you:

The successful candidate must have an understanding of the safe use of cleaning chemicals/machinery.

You will need to ensure the required standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained within our schools and outlying buildings.

You will be expected to follow all operating procedures to ensure that health and safety requirements are maintained at all times.
