Job summary

Jet2.com Limited is seeking a Lead Digital Analytics Technology Specialist to lead the technical side of our digital measurement across web and app. You will own GA4, GTM, and server-side measurement implementations, ensuring accuracy and reliability across platforms.

You'll collaborate with Analytics, Product and Technology teams to translate measurement requirements into scalable technical solutions, shaping the future of our measurement capabilities in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Strong experience implementing digital analytics across web and/or app.
• Advanced knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong JavaScript knowledge and experience implementing custom tracking.
• Understanding of data layers, event-based tracking and measurement design.
• Experience with server-side tracking and modern measurement approaches.
• Experience testing, debugging and troubleshooting analytics implementations.
• Good understanding of consent, privacy and first-party measurement.
• Experience translating measurement requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of digital measurement across web and app.
• Own and develop GA4, GTM and server-side measurement implementations.
• Define technical measurement requirements for new projects and digital changes.
• Work with Product and Technology teams to ensure measurement is considered in development.
• Coordinate with Architecture and Infrastructure for dependencies.
• Lead technical measurement across server-side tracking, app measurement and value-based bidding.
• Ensure tracking is tested, monitored and reliable.
• Investigate data quality issues and collaborate to resolve them.
• Work with Google and partners on new measurement capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to automate measurement deployment.
• Lead and support development of the Analytics Technology team.
