Job summary

Ocado Group is seeking a Head of Analytics for Last Mile to own the insight agenda across delivery routing, fleet operations, and slot management. This leadership role sits on the Data & Analytics team and focuses on turning advanced analytics into tangible business value, influencing stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Partner Success.

Hybrid role with London or Hatfield HQ. You will lead and develop the Last Mile analytics team, foster experimentation, ensure robust metric

Qualifications

• Experience in operational, logistics, or last-mile analytics.
• Proven ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business outcomes.
• Ability to lead across product, engineering and commercial functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the insight agenda for Last Mile and drive cross-functional delivery of analytical initiatives.
• Lead initiatives to turn analytical capabilities into operational improvements.
• Develop and nurture the Last Mile analytics team with clear prioritisation and communication standards.
• Champion experimentation and evidence-based decision making across the function.
• Ensure AI foundations align with real-world operations and metric definitions.
