This hybrid role emphasizes turning AI capabilities into business value, driving adoption, and building cross‑functional teams that deliver measurable impact across delivery routing, fleet operations, and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Complex stakeholder management at VP level and above.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience leading analytics or change functions in operations.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and data platforms.
• Solid analytics foundations for experimentation and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive Last Mile efficiency by aligning cross-functional teams.
• Translate analytics capabilities into operational value and store optimization.
• Enable data-driven decisions to handle higher order throughput.
• Lead and develop the Last Mile analytics team with clear standards.
• Nurture analysts’ development to ensure actionable insights.
• Foster experimentation and evidence-based decision making.
• Own semantic and context layers to align AI outputs with reality.
• Design tight feedback loops between AI outputs and ground truth.
