Job summary

Chip – your wealth app is seeking a hands-on Data Analytics Manager to lead the Analytics team in London/UK. You’ll ensure data requests, dashboards, MI and operational controls are delivered to priorities and standards, while developing a capable team of analysts.

You will line manage Analysts and the Analytics Lead, prioritise requests, and partner with Product Managers to track performance and post-launch reviews.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a data analytics team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong SQL ability and experience with BI tools for data interpretation.
• Ability to translate business problems into clear technical requirements.
• Excellent data storytelling and stakeholder management across levels.
• Experience prioritising competing requests from multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of operational controls and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Line manage the analytics team, including Analysts and the Analytics Lead.
• Own intake and prioritisation of data requests and set SLAs.
• Supply accurate reporting and MI to Finance, Marketing, Product and Operations.
• Partner with Product Managers to support feature rollout and reviews.
• Own analytics-built controls, monitoring and data quality standards.
• Allocate analysts across Product to balance BAU vs requirements.
• Maintain coding, visualisation standards and tool adoption.
