Job summary

Chip is seeking a hands-on Data Analytics Manager in London to lead the Analytics team, deliver data requests, dashboards and MI to agreed priorities, and develop analysts. You will line manage Analysts and the Analytics Lead, own intake of data requests and SLAs, and partner with Product Managers on feature rollout and performance tracking.

The role emphasizes operational controls, data quality, and automation, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement in a regulated fintech

Qualifications

• Experience leading a data analytics team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong SQL and experience with BI tools; able to interpret data.
• Experience prioritising competing stakeholder requests.
• Understanding of operational controls and data quality.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical requirements.
• Strong data storytelling for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Line manage the analytics team with 1:1s, objectives and development.
• Own intake and prioritisation of data requests and SLAs.
• Supply accurate reporting and analytics to Finance, Marketing, Product and Ops.
• Partner with Product Managers for feature rollout and performance tracking.
• Own analytics-driven operational controls and data quality standards.
• Allocate analysts across Product to balance demand and requirements.
• Maintain coding, visualisation and data quality standards with the Lead.
• Prioritise automation and tooling and ensure adoption.
